HCG Extreme Diet HCGXtreme Trial Offer for $4.99 shipping never rec'd and was charged $89.95 without receiving product Torrence, California

I ordered a free trial of HCGXtreme Diet for my girlfriend.  The cost was suppose to be $4.99 for shipping only.  I never received the trial and was charged another $89.99 because I didn't call in order to cancel it.

 The website I ordered from continued to show an error message when I tried to process the trial offer order so I figured it didn't go through as I never received an order number, email confirmation or the product.  I found an $89 charge on my card and called to cancel the order and get a refund.

I was told there is a $9 stocking fee if I do receive the product and simply refuse it and I will not receive the refund for the $4.99 either.  So long story short, I paid $4.99 and then another $89.99 and will receive only $80 back for a product I never received or opened.  He said I will only get the refund if I send back the product but I never received the product in the first place.  A scam big time!
