HCG Extreme was to send a sample of their product, a trial, for $4.95.  Two weeks later there was no product, an additional $79.95 charged to my checking account without my permission, and a customer service woman who refused to help.  She would not put me through to a supervisor and said that someone would be told, but not to expect a call. 

She also said that the trial period had ended even though no product had arrived.  She also said that I could have extended the trial if I had called by the previous day.  I explained that I never received it, had not a chance to try it to which she rudely said it was not her problem. 

There was nothing I could do.  She would not help, there was no supervisor, no product, no trial but tons of money out of my product.  I  have never come across a business that would do any of these things let alone all of them.  NEVER use anything from this web address!  You will regret it and people like her will stay employed and take your money.
