HCI Hammer Collections Inc Former employee just warning job seekers, and clients Springfield, Missouri

Well where to begin?  I worked for this company for about six months and have never seen so many abusive comments by the owner, president, office manager, who coincidentilly are all the same person.  She would berade employees in full view of others and the office was small so you cold hear it all over.

I mean I have seen an employee be reprimanded, however when you are cursed at, job threatened, or have been called and had threatening messages left on your voicemail that is Too much.  This woman and her spineless husband whom she also berades pubically have no business being in business.  There are so many employees they hurt, break down, and quit even on the first day.

Not to mention the not so ethical buisness practices they operate under.  This company does collections on business accounts from clients all around the US and they have many clients.  But if the clients knew of how they were being decieved I believe they would take their business elsewhere.  This company claims to send out "Investigators" to perform an asset and liability investigation to determine the solvency and someone will take pictures.  That has never happened.  They lie right to the client, the so called "investigstors" are the collectors in the office trained to say they will be out there or send someone out.  This is an office of maybe 10 people at the most and they claim to have thousands of investigators all over the US? What  BS.  Along with that they call the "debtor" claiming to be an investigator from a company that does not exist with an alias to try and intimidate them. 

If you do not conform to those practices you are fired, if you have an opinion you are fired and good luck getting you last paycheck in full.  They make it a habit of reducing your wages to minimal wage if you quit.  Also will refuse to pay any earned commission from the previous month.  I know several former employees and they are all feeling the same way and that these monsters need to be closed down.
