HD Accessory.com Cancelled order and then charged my account committing FRAUD Monterey Park California

I placed an order for some accessories for my new iPhone 3G and attempted to call them to make sure they had actually been tested with the phone. When nobody answered the phone, I faxed them telling them not to ship until they spoke with me on the phone. Nobody called back so I contacted my bank to take measures. My bank found the Rip Off Report web site and reccommended I cancel my card so another could be issued. They finally called me back and I cancelled the order. Moments later they sent an email with the subject: Credit Confirmation. The email showed all items ordered with prices in brackets as well as the tax and shipping, with a total credit equal to the original order. Obviously rather than submitting a credit, they submitted a sales invoice and were paid, even though the Credit Confirmation email stated "Customer cancelled order on 7/22/08". Consistent with other reports, this company is fraudulent and collects payment without shipping products or as in my case, tells the customer they will CREDIT the account, when they do the exact opposite. They need to be shut down somehow.
