HD Readers os advertising bi-focal sunglasses on their web site and on TV for $19.95 + SH and a second pair for free + SH. They are offered in 2 colors and 5/22/09 I wanted to order 2 pair - i1 in each color. First web page came up and I clicked on 2.5 black expecting a second page to come up for the second pair-- however up came a confimation order for 1 pair of Deluxe glasses @ $39.97 + $21.96 SH. An order preview page did not come up - just a confirmation page - to allow you to make changes in necessary as on all other web sites I have done business with. Their web site is a sham - designed to give false info and ship wrong goods.

I called their service dejpartment and Daisey told me I would havej to call back in 3 days! I asked to speak to a supervisror and was put on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. I called back again and was put on hold again for 20 minutes. Finally someone came to the phone and gave the same song and dance. I told her I wanted to cancel the order right now. Finally JoAnna said she would retreive the order and correct of the correct amount of goods and for $$33.98 total.

This never happened! I got a call today 6/2 telling me that on 5/26 the 1 pair of glasses were shipped to me and my account charged $61.93.

I now have to refuse shipment of the glasses and call my credit card comapny and waste more time because of this company's false practises.
