I received a statement from a credit card that I have not used in years, (emergency only) and had a charge of $149.99. I called the number to explain the misuse of my credit card and the lady said my credit card would be credited back in the next 1-2 statements. It sounded like this is an every day occurence with them. Not good. How do they do this?
