I ordered a bed set from a catalog, and after the order, they were promoting for "coupons" and I told them no thanks. Well I noticed on my credit card statement that there was a charge for $99 from HDI Dom Buyers Edge. I haven't been able to contact them, and am sending a report to the credit card company to dispute the charge. I'd like to know the proper authorities to notify of their stealing and charging cards without consent.
