HDIS Will not credit my debit Card for $22.50 Olivette MO

I purchased 1packs of Reassure, I called July 2nd stated I did not like them, Customer Service Personel stated the would credit my debt card, no credit was placed at bank.  I have called every other day and told them to cancel my new order for 9.95 which ended uo to be 12.50.  I called today 7/10 they told me they sent a credit to PNC bank for 22.50.  I check my bank account every day, and No they did not credit it.  Today 7/10 they told me the bank was lying to me.  I told them to cancel my name off their list.  Because I don't deal with companies that lie.  I want my credit
