HDPROJECTORWORLD.COM Worst Company Ever! Ready Made Lies! Internet

I placed an order for Pro Series 11 projector April 19th, order number 137158 and paid for expedited shipping. I placed another order on April 20th for a 2nd projector of the same specification.

I got a call 3 days later saying my order was delayed and will arrive 1 week late. I then recieved an email from a so called mManager called James that the order was being delayed at the Canada-USA border and I should give them another week. I became suspicious of these many excuses and then found a littany of complaints online regarding this fraudulent company. 

I sent an email cancelling my order. I was informed I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. After this passed, I called and was told the refund was issued but sent to another customer. What a bunch of liars! I was asked to wait for another 7-10 business days but this was 1 month ago. Stay away from this company in your own interest. If you have placed an order, cancel it immediately and process your refund through your credit card company. Don't wait for their empty promises.
