I purchased tickets to an Oakland A's baseball game as a birthday gift for my husband. Headliner Ticket charged my card $302.50 and did not provide tickets. I tried calling them and their numbers are no longer in service. The website (ticketsmyway.com) indicates headliner tickets is uanble to send out tickets "due to lack of funds". However, I have not received a credit for the funds they took from me. My credit card company has informed me that because my claim was not made within 60 days of the transaction (tickets were purchased in February 2006 for a game on July 8, 2006), I cannot dispute the claim. I waited until June to discover the claim because I expected the tickets to be sent within two weeks of the event and was just calling in advance to see when I could expect to receive my tickets.
