Bought some headphones on the 27th, my card was billed immediately and I was sent a link to their tracking page which says my items has both shipped and that my order is pending review, the tracking link does not work, the phone number does not work and they have not replied to any of my four emails over the last week, it is now the 13th and i think i have been ripped off, at the very least this store offers very poor customer service and should be avoided
