$20 monthly charge was on my Verizon bill for Jan 12, 2010 on behalf of Headwind Media Inc. I called their toll-free # and spoke w/a rep from a call center in Canada. He had an old e-mail address and bogus birthday on file. I had never heard of the co. before. He assured me the charge would be removed within 1-2 billing cycles and that no other charges from them could be posted to that phone number. I will also be calling Verizon when offices open on Monday to inform them.
