Headwind Media Inc CMI Exclusive MO Fee CMI Profiles Exclusive monthly fee ripoff added to my phone bill: called to cancel & had wrong address and old e-mail, Internet

Monthly fee showed up on my local phone bill labeled "Headwind Media Inc CMI Exclusive Monthly Fee". When I called their 888 number to cancel I learned that they had an incorrect street address and an inactive msn e-mail address (2+ years old) for my wife. I confirmed she never enrolled in this "service" so it appears that they are using harvesting data to boost their revenues. Smells like fraud. Could find no management contact information for Headwind Media doing a quick google search.

They did cancel and said I would be issued a refund ($20) in 1 to 2 billing cycles. If not, I will contact my state AGs office as the next step in protecting myself from this predatory billing.
