 I received a call from a company telling me that I could get a product free all I would.have to pay was shipping and handling charges wich was only 9.99 so I said ok. The next question I asked them was are you sure that is all that i will have to pay the lady said yes I asked again are you sure she said yes again. Before I said ok i said is this call recorded she said yes I said good because I don't have no more money in my account she said that no more money would be taken out of my account Thirty days later they sent me some more of the same thing and they took 99 dollars off my card so I immediately called them and asked them why did they send me more i did not order it . I was told yes you did when.you agreed to get the free bottle only pay shipping and.handling.I asked the lady don't yall record all conversations she get very loud and started cursing and then she hung the phone up I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor these are her exact words "I don't care who you want to speak to you ain't getting no money back and she hung up again.
