Health Craft Paid in full Tampa, Florida

I went to the Sacramento fair in 8/24/08 and brought cookware from Health Craft. I purchased product number 570 Basic set at $1495.00. That included #1 started set, #3 steamer/completer set plus an instructional cookbook and video.  I did not receive the following items in #3 the steamer/completer set that included 3 egg poaching custard cups or the 3 egg poaching steamer rack, 2 Qt. 3 tiered steamer/strainer and the 3 Qt. Covered Saucepan

I was offered if I purchased on that day the following items for free: 10" Covered Saute Skillet and a Kitchen Machine.  I never received it. 

I have called several time and have not been contacted back.  I went back to the fair in Sacramento to talk to Health Craft a year later and they did not come back to the fair.  I heard that they went out of business. 

I do like the product it sticks and burns my food and I wanted my money back.
