I joined the 3tobefree program and as a requirement of getting comissions, had to join HFT and purchase enough product to qualify. These are health related products and expensive. I purchased these products online via my debit card $124.15 and apprx $25.00 to 3tobefree.com which is a monthly re-occurring fee, in which I was to get guaranteed comission checks every week from a single downline.

Well the checks were apprx.$1.00-$1.70 ea, and I figured I would not be able to afford to pay out $25.00 + over 100.00 dollars a month to get a $5.00 + monthly income from the program. I cancelled my 3tobefree acct. via e-mail on 4/27/06 at which time I received a confirmation e-mail from 3tobefree of the cancellation and that i would not be charged for the next month fee.

I did the same with HFT, at which time I received an e-mail saying my acct was cancelled effective 4/28/06 a scheduled auto-ship was cancelled from the factory(I never authorized an auto-ship)but payment posted on the 27th before cancellation, further stating that the funds would be returned to my acct. within 7-10 business days.

Received a phone call apprx. 5 days later saying there was a mistake and the products were shipped and to give it 10 bus. days to arrive. 2 wks went by no product arrived. I phoned and advised no product arrived and was told it would be checked out, 4 days later, no call, sent a e-mail, no response.

It is obvious that they don't intend to refund my money, that they should have never taken out in the first place. This co. is ripping consumers off, thet're dishonest. Don't do business with them. I hope this report helps others, so this doesn't happen to them. I'm not done with HFT yet

Complaint Resolved after this report was posted

AUTHOR: James - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, May 25, 2006

I am happy to report that shortly after this report was posted, that HFT did refund the entire amount that was debited from my checking acct. I was not however advised of this action until I checked with my bank after being unable to balance my checking acct. I feel this company has helped their credibility by honoring my request for a refund, and no further action is needed in regards to my posted complaint.
