This is a very old complaint from 7 years ago. We have serviced more than 40,000 clients over the past seven years, providing them thoughtful proper coverage provided by a licensed dedicated staff of agents and customer service representatives. This one complaint that was filed 7 years ago probably by a competitor was not credible then and certainly not credible now. If there wer any truth to the slander written about my company we certainly would not be in business 7 years later and there would have been hundred if not thousands more of these ridiculous claims. This report has caused our agency to wrongfully lose opportunity. As it is a beseless accusation I would appreciate its prompt removal.

This company is not a scam or a rip off. I have a family member on it and it works wonderfully when used correctly. I suggested it and the benefit and indemnity plan has been used several times by her. She has not had any problems. I resent this article and was lead to it by a friend who knows we have the plan. Shame on you!

The most outstanding service I have had in a while. Ive been through many coverage programs and this company helped me get my budgeting down just enough to pay my premium. This company went over and beyond just to get me covered and thats saying alot since theres so many companies tring to scam people.
