News5, Julia Sanders False Advertiing Money Ripoff
the article about Acai Berry Optimum was reported used by Julia Sanders and she lost supposedly 25 lbs in 4 weeks using the Acai Berry and Advanced Cleanse. Her introduction included a free trial offer: free trial offer of the product (3.99) shipping & handling DID NOT TRY TO FOOL ME INTO AGREEING TO ADDITIONAL HIDDEN OFFERS..." offer expires April 16, 2010
I made my order on April 15th for the FREE TRIAL which the order form showed as $0.00 money with $3.95 shipping the next page with my credit card information automatically added $99.95 and deducted from my bank account
I called within 5 min to cancell my order....I was given a cancellation # and was assured the money would be refunded within 3-5 business days. When I questioned the representative about my FREE TRIAL he kept repeating the order is $99.95 several times.......I gave up, but will be monitoring my bank account closely...the money now a total of $103.90 has been taken from my account I tried to get an irate message to News5, but when I hit submit they promply sent me a reply "still skeptical? read our results
Please do not fall for this.... FALSE ADVERTISING MONEY RIPOFF
