I have been an affiliate almost since the beginning of the opening of Health Solutions Network. I have not been paid my commission for several months. I have contacted them by phone and email more times then I can count with no response. I was wondering if there is still a company since no one will respond to my attempts to contact them; but indeed they still have a website.
Health Solutions started an incentive program with an incentive bonus offer for quarter one of 2009. The top ten affiliates to earn a minimum of $250.00 in a commission per week between 1/1/09 and 03-31-09 with no reported charge backs will receive a bonus in the amount of $1,000.00 (to be issued on 7/1/09).
Since March 2008 I have never had a charge back until they started this program; but now I am receiving Charge backs almost every day. I am wondering if this is this the reason? At one time I was making over $4,000.00 a month; then they started taking my customers and giving them to other affiliates. I didn't think this
was legal but how do you fight a company when you are afraid they will take all your customers if you say anything.
I would like to know if there is anyone else having this problem. Whoever their Customer service person is should be fired because he/she never follows through with their promise to have someone get back to you. They lie! The Affiliate person is worthless because he never answers the phone and he never returns calls or emails.
It is so frustrating to never get a response to your questions; so you can never get anything resolved.

I just became aware of your posting today and want to be sure to address the concerns outlined in your post. First of all, as an employee of Health Solutions Network, I can attest that there is indeed a "real" company in existence with roughly 30 employees at our downtown Seattle headquarters.
As a rapidly expanding company, we have see much growth and change in recent years including many personnel changes. Our entire team works diligently every day to respond to our affiliates' needs. With several thousand affiliates in more than 70 countries worldwide, you can imagine the work load. That said, it would be helpful to know exactly who you were emailing or attempting to call for answers to your questions. We have staff available six days a week so I find it quite confusing that you would repeatedly email and phone us without response. If you had been sending email to someone who is no longer with the company, it's highly likely that we did not get your message.
As the head of marketing and public relations, it's my job to see that negative and unwarranted comments in the public domain are addressed proactively. I will ask our affiliate support team to try to cross reference your name and location to determine your affiliate ID# so I can call you personally to resolve this head on.
My office is directly next to the head accountants office and, in fact, I spoke to her just this morning regarding the same issue you raise (concerning the incentive program that was put in place by an employee who left our company earlier this year). At most, the incentive program will impact just ten out of several thousand affiliates. Nonetheless, you are entitled to know if you qualified for that bonus and have answers to your other questions dealing with commissions and charge backs.
Please feel free to call me directly at 206.973.4162 in the event that I may facilitate the resolution of the issues raised in your post. On that note, a recent survey shows a 93% approval rating by our customers which is not something we earned by accident.
The life blood of our organization is our affiliate base, yourself included. As any affiliate based company would attest, the customers are not the property of the affiliate but of the organization fulfilling the orders. In fact, the affiliate contract you agreed to clearly specifies that policy and therefore constitutes awareness on your part of that agreement.
A majority of Health Solutions customers order from more than one Health Solutions affiliate as they shop for price in tough economic times. It is a free market and we cannot tell our customers to order from a particular affiliate. The commission is given to the affiliate from whom that consumer most recently ordered unless they tell us that they are calling from a website/affiliate that differs from the one they last used.
The allegation that we "steal" customers is false. Lying and stealing in a professional capacity would cause us irreparable harm and is simply not a part of this company. Again, if there is a particular person with whom you've been experiencing unreturned calls and emails, kindly let us know who that individual is so that appropriate actions may be undertaken.
