HealthCare One Promises to send a Refund but NEVER does! Internet

Being a college student with no insurance, any discounts make a difference. I signed up with Healthcare One believing it would actually help. After signing up, I realized what I really signed up for and  it took several weeks to be shipped so I decided to cancel. I immediately called to cancel so that I could get a full refund. The representative said she would put in my request and once processed the money would be sent back. After waiting for about 2 months, I called back to see what the delay was and she said she'd contact billing by putting in another request.

I waited 2-3 more months and got the same exact response. By then I'd grown impatient and demanded to speak with a representative in billing but of course- there's no contact between customer and billing. Now, it's been almost a year since I first contacted them to give me a refund. I wonder if I'll ever see my money again.

Word of advice- don't sign up!!
