Healthcare Services Group Scam..Does not pay in a timely manner IF at all.. Roanoke Virginia

I started working for HCSG in November od 2013. First of all, the hiring process was ridiculous! I went through 4 interviews and Still never got to meet with the DM which I was told had to happen to be employed. After about a month of waiting  (already done my drugtest and filled out paperwork) i called to see what was going on with my employment. They informed me that my paperwork was "lost" in between our location (Roanoke) and the headquarters. This should have been a red flag for me considering before I even started, they are already showing signs of how "organized" they are. Regardless, I got the job (finally) and started my employment November 11, 2013. (take note, my interview process started in September). To get back on track of why I am here...not only were they very unorganized but I could not tell you one time that I got paid on time! My check was Always late! I didn't get my first check until 1 week after I was  supposed to get it! I should have left the company at that time (but i did not). Throughout my employment, I called headquarters Several times to bring the situatioon to their attention. do you think the helped? No! They barely cared! (as long as they are getting their money, right?) oh! and keeping mine! I finally got fed up with it and left in February, it was getting a little bit out of control. If anybody else has had this happen, feel free to contact me. I have filed a lawsuit and will be taking action soon. If there is anybody else that would like to take action with me, I am sure that we can do this as a class action lawsuit against this company.
