Health Craft Waterless/Greaseless Cookware is only available through live cooking demonstrations at selected fairs, home shows, and mall shows throughout the United States. What they don't tell you is that, when you purchase the cookware at the show you have 3 days to cancel your order, even though it takes them a month to send the product to you. The cookware cost is extremely high, well above their competitors.

One of the pans that I purchased had a cracked handle, So figuring that I paid so much for the cookware, and figuring that they told me there was a lifetime guarantee on there products. I tried for weeks to get a hold of someone at the company.

If you go to their web site it says to contact the customer service department for any assistance. Well they don't have one, I have called numerous times trying to cancel my order due to total frustration, and all I get is voice mail. When I finally did get to talk to someone I was told sorry but we only have one person working in costumer service, and since the three day period has passed all I can offer you is in store credit for the amount of the purchase. ($7,000.00) What am I going to do with $7,000 of in store credit with a company that is obviously shady.

Dear $7000 customer,

We have read your complaint, and we do have a 3-day cancellation clause, it's writen on your order...and it's Federal Law. If you will check your order you will find it right below your signiture.

Typically it take 2-3 weeks from the day you order to receive your merchandise. This is also in writing on the order form you signed. If you will call our office and provide your name, we will check with our direct UPS link and tell you exactly when your order was shipped from our warehouse and the day, hour and minute it arrived your home.

As far as pricing, our product is reasonably priced and equal to or lower than our competitors. If you will kindly give us the name of the product you are comparing it to.

We would also be interested to know more about your $7,000 order. Our cookware sets range from $380 to $1190, our Collections from $989 to $3359 (for everything). Never-the-less, we would be interested in helping you

solve your problem.

When you go to our website our Customer Service hours are clearly stated as they are on the order fomr you signed, 8 am to 5 pm EST. If you called at a time other than that, you may very well get an answering service. But all calls are returned promptly the business day.

As for being shady... Our manufacturing facility Vita Craft in Kansas City has been at the same location since 1939. Our customer service office here in Florida has been in the same place, with the same phone number since 1983. We have no outstanding customer complaints with any government

agency in any state. In 1999 we won the American Express Award for Dedication to Excellence and Customer Service. We are members of the BBB, Chamber of Commerce, and DSA. If this is truly a legitimate complaint and not another ruse by one of our competitors, give us an opportunity to solve your problem or file a complaint with one of the legitimate agencies

listed above.
