I ordered a TRIAL of Forskolin and Garcinia Cambodia.  I phoned 844-438-9406 to cancel my 14-day trial.  I received an e-mail message with my cancellation number included.  It also listed that this company was charging my credit card $169.00 (and some change).  They advertised shipping would be $4.95 and charged me $9.75 instead.  I have disputed the charge on my credit card.  Fortunately for me, I didn't use a debit card.  I was on the phone with them all day yesterday trying to get their mess straightened out.

I just counted the pills, I have actually had them for 10 days, not 14 days, so my cancellation should not have cost me $169.00.  They stated I could send the pills back, which I plan to do.  They are not opened right now, it's 5:35 AM, but they are getting another call from me when they do open.  I am making arrangements to send their product back.  

But what are they going to do with it when I do send it back?  Re-bottle it?  It hasn't done one single thing for me as far as weight loss, but I have only been taking it for 10 days too, but it's not like the miracle drug either.  So they claim that I have had the product for more than 14 days, which is not true.  They are using the day they shipped the product as the beginning day of the trial, which is not correct.  They should be using the day you received the product as the date to begin the trial period.  

It is deceptive business practices and there are laws regarding this type of business activity, it's basically fraud.  For the guy that used his debit card, you can call your bank and have the company blocked from making charges to your account, or they can issue you a new card.  Also, I believe you can dispute charges on your debit card as well.

As for me, I will be going to the post office tomorrow to send their J U N K back to them and they are going to give me a full refund.  I am not happy with the product or the fraudulent business practices.
