Yes I too am a victim of this scam. Calling my bank, I've experienced some of the same results as many of you have....not much! My bank manager has told me he will investigate to see if there is anything else that can be done to stop this company from doing business this way. Meanwhile I wait not knowing what will be done. Closing the account is an option, but what a hassel this is. As many of you have reported filing the normal dispute process from the banks is not the answer to resolving the problems this company is putting us all through.

I know its a huge hassle & so unfair, but you have to close your account.
Healthydiscountcard.com says that they will bill your account $100 every 2 weeks & they will!
My credit card was billed $59.95 on 2/22/06, $99.95 on 2/27/06 & then another $99.95 on 3/14/06. I had to cancel that card & file a fraud report over the phone. My credit card company is sending me a written fraud report to fill out. I'm hoping that they will go after these people, but maybe we need to contact our respective state attorney generals???
I followed up on Klon of Calif.'s report (thank you Klon!) & looked up the registrant of healthydiscountcard.com & unlimitedmusicdownloads.com & this site registration company seem suspect to me re; who & how web sites use their services. Its Navigation Catalyst Systems, Inc. & they are located in Calif.& on internet. But according to Klon & others; Healthyd..... & unlimitedd... are in the Phillippines.
Good luck, I know how you feel. I'm shaking mad right now.
