I am in shock at the way I am being cheated by this pet insurance company. First they tell me they're denying a claim because it has been too long since I filed it until they got the documentation, it has been less that 30 days and took place over the holidays. The vet clinic submitted a bunch of test samples and it took over two weeks to get the results. There is nothing about a time limit on their claim form or in their policy. I am not finished with them yet, but I can't believe the number of excuses and variations of their story I am getting.
