I purchased Bexatrol for my husband on 7/22/2007. I paid a total of $98.90 via paypal. I received NOTHING from "Healthy Right Now" - no invoice - no receipt. In the description of the product, it stated that the product would be shipped via priority mail. I don't think it takes 16+ days to ship priority mail.

I had emailed healthy right now (because the phone number is ONLY for new orders - there is no customer service phone number) several times.
They ONLY responded to me today, AFTER I filed a dispute with paypal - because I haven't received the product.

So, today, the email I get says that the product is on backorder and will arrive at my house by NEXT Tuesday. It is safe to say that I don't trust this - if it was on backorder - why didn't they email me before today?
I have requested that my order be cancelled and I be refunded the entire amount of $98.90 since they didn't incur any shipping charges.

I will continue to fight Healthy Right Now with Paypal and ultimately my credit card company, if it is not refunded.

Yes, I received the product yesterday, and promptly put it in the mail today to return it.
I stand by my original complaint that I ordered this product and received NOTHING from Healthy Right Now stating the products were on backorder.

To me, that is not good business - you don't leave customers hanging, not knowing what is going on with their order.

I had emailed the company on my own - and received NOTHING in return. I didn't start getting emails from them until I filed a dispute with Paypal.

Now, I am hoping Healthy Right Now stands by their 100% guarantee!

We are very sorry for the trouble. Our products are now no longer on backorder and we are getting orders out. We try always to do our very best for our customers.

The package to Susan was delivered and she signed for it on 8/13/2007.
