I saw an advertisement for a FREE trial of this weight loss supplement online so I signed up on June 22,2017. Shortly thereafter I received a Bottle of the product. That was the only bottle that I received from them. Two months later on August 21, after doing a review of my bank transactions I realized that they charged me $87.33 twice and $89.53 twice. For a total of $353.71. When I called they told me that o had been enrolled in a monthly subscription and that when I signed up for the free trial I clicked a small box with fine print next to it that allowed them to auto enroll my credit card for monthly charges. When I told them than I had only received one bottle of pills yet I had been charged four times in two months they said that the other bottle of their product was in transit to my hom. At that point I asked if I could just send the unopened pills back for a refund and they told me "no." The customer service rep who I spoke with was ver condescending and rude and even thought I was upset she kept trying to sell me the product at a discount. I hung up on her and called back again and some guy who claimed to be a supervisor also refused to refund me the money that they stole from my account. Please stay away from this deceptive company. A free trial should be free, and there should be no fine print involved. If you have to trick people into purchasing your product maybe you shouldn't be selling it.
