Healthydiscountcard, Freemusic2downloads ripoff unapproved charges hidden fees Internet

This is a scam that has been reported as Healthydiscountcard AKA Unlimitedmusicdownloads. The same thing is happening with their newely registered domain freemusic2downloads.com. I signed up for the $1/month subscription and was enrolled then charged $59.95 and then about 2 weeks later a charge of $99.95. I have called my credit card company and been told that the process for disputing a charge includes first contacting the company with whom you have a dispute and trying to get a cancellation of the charges, and then filing a dispute form in writing.

I have called the company at their 800 number and spoke with an agent who found my account and indicated that the charges would be removed after 20-25 days. In the meantime, I will be filing with my credit card company.

This is obviously a scam that involves changing the domain registration regularly since the "Unlimitedmusicdownloads" is no longer an active web site.
