Hearing Health Care Center Jerome Wilkerson, Vickie Wilkerson They PESTER THE HELL out of YOU!!! Greenville South Carolina

My mother has been DEAD for 4 years. 3-4 times a year we get mail ads (enclosed in an envelope like a bill)  addressed to her. She lived to be 94 years old and we cared for her extensively the final 5 years. Reminders of finding her DEAD is still very painful for us. 

EVERY TIME we get one of these mailings, we call their local number and speak to their receptionist. Her tone/attitude is "Well, WHAT do you want ME to do about it?"/"We are POWERLESS to change the situation!/"It's YOUR problem, NOT OURS!!!"   She states the mailings are done by a national company from their own mailing list. HHC does not own the list and CANNOT DELETE a name from it.  Yet, she refuses to tell us who the "national advertising company" is/how we might contact them. The receptionist REFUSES to let us speak to anyone else. I ahve drafted several letters to Jerome Wilkerson. They go unanswered. They are members of the Better Business Bureau, but filing a complaint  against them takes one from webpage to webpage only to return to the beginning page... ="Membership has its privileges..."    

Such arrogance and callousness is unforgiveable!  We recommend that NOBODY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS smug, uncaring company. They treat you like worthless rubes.
