I have been gettign catalogs from these rippp off artists for a long time and gutt feeling was to throw them away ,but decided one day to order a scrolling message center sign for $29.00 item # g959247 took 4 weeks to travel a max of 20 miles from  their factory to me I recieved my sign in mail box ,opened box plugged it in and nothing  happened veyr poor quality was obvious in product   so emediately called customer service, they said they would send a replacement.. that took another month to get the replacemant. I calledmultiple  times to customer service no explanation but that they where very busy ..recieved my  sing and  the power cord was copletley severed on this one right out of the box (WOW QUALITY  product alright. so I called and asked for a refund and they said they would need both items back beffore any refunds, so I followed their request and sent it all back.. 1 month to the day later recieved a letter saying I did not return all of the excessories to  the items ordered for item # 3456 a gravity inversion system  and if I did not do so within 30 days my card would be charged for both defective items. I had no idea what excessories they where   talking about this item # was not even the item that I had ordered   so I called customer service got a supervisor after being passed on by 4 people and he said If I would just quit lying to him i would get a lot further with him, huh ! ??? I was now gettng pissed and very discouraged to say the least..  hung up and called and asked to speak to another supervisor but ALl the person informed me that they had no way to do such a thing the  phone lines where passed at random  to who ever answered  got 2 spervisors that called me every name in th book and hung up on me twice  If they do charge my card I will be going to the chaska mn  police dept and charging them with credit card fruad and I will make Darn sure no one that I know will ever order from this compamy in my life time !!!!
