Basically, Heart Check America Denver produced a major scam nationwide in seven (7) states that adversely affected thousands of people. As a result, my girlfriend and I were defrauded of $6,340.00 for a 10-year plan.  We only used one month of their services, before Heart Check America was terminated by the State Attorney General's office for unsafe health practices and services.

Chase Bank loaned our pre-approved monies of $6,340.00 to known career, habitual, professional and convicted FELONS that comprised of a mother-and-son-team scam.  When we drafted  legalized dossiers to substantiate our criminal allegations of fraud, embezzlement, criminal enterprise, and grand theft, we absolutely received zero cooperation, compliance and legal remedy for prosecutionary criminal actions by our beloved State Attorney General of Colorado and the Colorado Supreme Court, Attorney Regulation Counsel.

In closing, my three major credit reporting bureaus entries have derogatories on them, destroying 29-1/2 years of a near perfect credit score of 832.
