this is a scandel and fraud from CA to NV, to CO, then to IL, AR, DC and now in SC...Hilton Head to be exact!!
Caution Consumers, if you go to a place in Hilton Head to get a Cancer Check and the company is called Advance Imaging....STAY AWAY and keep your money in your pockets!!! this scam is headed by David Haddad (one of many alias) and he usually gets other people to sign the lease and list down as a business agent for the Sec of State pages. He then lures people in and tries to sell multi year program!! Caution, this is where they get you. They offer financing and some people pay cash, then they fold up and run away. You will not get your reports and if you do, you are not sure if they are read properly or if that is you. It is a scam!!! Kelly Emrich is also involved, he is the one that is supposly reading the scans as a sub contractor, but his name appears as the agent for the company that is selling...so there is another twist!! everyone looking to get a piece of your pie!!
Go to Denver Channel news 4 and google Heart Check America, this is one area that the doors closed up, and they left all customers high and dry and without services. Those people are screwed.
Do not be a victim of David Haddad, who also has lots of other alias, like David Haddasane etc...this guy is a slime ball and was in trouble with the Indiana attorney general office for time share fraud in which he had to pay a $25K restitution fee.....
This is a big mess and anyone in Hilton Head should cancel thier contracts or get your money back asap before it is too late.
Also, they got in trouble in Colorado for not operating under a lisence. another reason why they packed up and left...they were busted.
PLEASE pass the word around!!! do not get hooked into thier program!!! They are scammers!!!
warning to any employee working for David, if you are selling, you are part of the fraud, so beware, you could be liable for this.

Cancer Check Saved My Life

I am a retired executive of a large health care system with over 30 years of health care experience. My wife and I retired in the beautiful city of Hilton Head in 2009. My experience with Cancer Check was exceptional. As a point of contention, they were very up front with me and my wife about all associated costs for the procedure. When I signed up for the service, I was told that they leased space from Atlantic Radiology, but Cancer Check was a totally independent company and not associated with Atlantic Radiology other that leasing space from them and that Dr. Paul Long was the medical director.
If I had not had the scan, the small spot on my lung would have not been detected and if left untreated I would have surely been deceased by now. New published records show the advantages to early screening. I now see this all over the United States and other Countries. Because of them, I have enjoyed more years with my loved ones.
All I can say is “Thank You” for saving my life.
