I was supposed to receive two Nu Wave PICs and Two Complete PIC Cooking Packages. Each package was supposed to consist of a 9 inch stainless steel non-stick omelet pan, 10.5 inch stainless steel non-stick frying pan, 3.5 qt stainless steel pot with tempered glass lid, stainless steel steamer basket and 9 piece stainless steel fondue set (see web site). I also
purchased a cast iron drill and griddle.
. . My original shipment consisted of only one PIC and the two skillets. I was told the rest was on back order. After a few weeks I called complaining that I had not received anything else . The company agreed to send me the cast iron grill and griddle. I was told that I was not eligible to receive anything from the two Complete PIC Cooking Packages except for one 3.5 quart stainless steel pot (and that was on back order. .
. It is wrong for the company to advertise something and then only send part of what you have paid for (they charged two payments on my card ($114.55 and $189.89).
