We bought the Nuwave Cook Top after seeing it on the TV, the add on Tv shows a buy one get one free. After ordering the special at buy one get one free of a price at three payments of 33.00. While I was on the phone I asked the Lady about a cover for cook top and set of pans that come with first set. She then asked me about a second set of pans at a additional charge of 69.00, I declined. When we recieved package in mail the two cook tops were inside but no carrying case of which I paid for and no set of pans at all for first set or second. I new second set of pans was at a additional charge but when I called to go over shortages they did not really know what was going on. I waited on phone for over thirty minutes to speak to a representative and they told me they would look into shortages and no one has called me back. I ended up paying 180.00 for the buy one get one free including the extra shipping and handling. I feel I did not get what I paid for, and feel ripped off. I have offered to send back cook tops and they said they would take them back but want me to pay shipping. Both cook tops were shipped in same box and they charged me for two separate shippings. All I want is set of pans to go with first cook top and carrying case that I paid for on my credit card. I have not heard anything back from this company and feel they do not care at this point. I just do not want others to have to go through this and feel they should be a little clearer on their commercials. They say you are getting something and you do not get it. The total amount was paid in full at once, I did not do the payments. They say they record conversation when they speak to you, I had asked them to please listen to it and all the questions that I had asked. No, response..

Jeremy,

Thank you for your response, I am glad someone with your company does care about there customers. My information is in your computer, the order date was Saturday, July 21st. The name on sales record should be: Tim Yohe, Seguin, Tx.  Your company also said they had a recording that I have requested them to listen to. I have made several requests to your company via telephone with no response. This is why it has come down to a Legal matter and further action being taken at this time.

Please, let me know what you find out and if you really need further information I will be more than happy to discuss it with you.
