Mr.Chandler agreed to move furniture from Cincinnati Ohio to Tempe Arizona on or about April 07 2010 for the sum of 526 dollars to which he was paid cash.
After numerous phones to him and his partner who is identified as John Cole,the furniture was finally located in Indianapolis in the possession of Mr.Chandler who for days gave me numerous stories but never the truth,also Mr.Cole has a problem with the truth.
After numerous phone calls Mr.Chandler agreed to sent the furniture on out to Tempe by another moving company,but refused to fax my office any paper work,until the freight was on its way to Tempe,then he (Chandler) fax the paper work ,at which time i discovered it was going C.O.D. at a cost of 2017.32 dollars.There was no way that this young lady to afforded to pay this, but Chandler and Cole thought they were smart,but i was able to get the truck stopped in Chicago and with great help from everyone at ATLAS VAN LINES she was given help by Atlas.
Im doing everything in my power to make criminal cases against Mr.Chandler and Mr.Cole.
I need your information if you have been a victim!!!

What proof does ripoff report have too keep post ing these negative complaints. We provide references as part of us doing good service. This shipment was to be done by John Cole relocations, not Heartland Movers. I faxed the bill of lading to Mr. Warren in Kansas City Mo. He informed me that he would be taken care of the bill, and that John Cole will reimburse money paid since he could not deliver the shipment to Arizona. This was total miscommunication between John Cole Relocations and Bob Warren. I picked up the shipment to be transported by Mr. Cole by semi. People use this site to defame our reputation, but my Attorney will be contacting everyone that has written untrue facts about Heartland Movers. We provide good service and have references too prove it.
