Heat Hero I purchased 3 of these small heater along with the extended warranty. Two of the three heaters have failed to operate properly and I can not get anyone from this company to respond back to me. California

I saw an add on Facebook about the Heat Hero heaters and how well they worked along with saving you money on the monthly electric bills.  I was excited about the heaters and ordered 3 along with an extened warranty.  When they finally arrived, 60 days late, I began using them immediately.  The first one quit working with the switch being stuck in the middle of the on/off position.  The second one started putting off an electrical smell.  The smell woke me up the the middle of the night.  I am thankful it did not catch my house on fire.

This company needs to be shut down.  All I want is my money back, but know one responds to my e-mails.  Can you please post to make sure on one else gets taken advantage of.
