Heather Offield claims to be a musician in California. She fakes a career as an artist when in reality she is a scam artist who steals money. She pretends to be working on an album and steals equipment from studios under the guise of a rap group call COA Center of Attention.

Her Facebook (facebook.com/iamheatherfay), Twitter (twitter.com/iamheatherfay) and her Instagram (instagram.com/iamheatherfay) all have fake followers and spam accounts to make her look like a real artist. In reality, this is all a cover to get music producers to work with her, where she then scams them and hides from the police.

She and COA Center of Attention work with a manager who screens calls and is very shady. The whole operation is sketchy. Watch out. She also used to go by the name Miss Heather Fay where she posed as a "model". When people caught on to her scam, she changed her name to iAmHeather Fay.
