I invested in a TIC property thru them (Heaven Investments) at the advisment of my realtor at Re/Max in Los Angeles, Ca. They assured me it was a sound investment and now I am stuck with out my invested money and no monthly income as promised by Heaven Investments and Re/Max. I was told by another investor that I need to contact a Lawyer to try to get some of my investment back but not sure just where to start. Hoping maybe you can direct me in the right direction.
