Heaven Investments Holding Corp No longer paying there investers as out of cash Sacramento California

Hello Im an invester at HIHC i have been for about a year. When i first started with them things went well for about 6 months ,Payments were on time and since they have been around for about 10 years and with a check with the BBS they seemed ok.

Then one month the payment did not show so i called customer service and talked to Gabriela and she would look into it and get back to me. A few days went by and so i called back and was told the Finance Department was working on it and someone in management will follow up with you today.

Well no one did so i call back and this time spoke to Ken Sarna the VP of the company and was told in Feburay that they were having some funding problems and it would be resolved shortly. They even sent out a email to investers telling them there was a problem but it would be resolved in a few week.

March came April came May came and no payments i called again and again and was told they are still having funding problems and to please wait and please don't file a default as it will make it harder for them to get funding ,But in the mean time they are still selling Notes and TICs and other investers have started to file defaults on them.

and put in 2008 in the year and under Name of Organization put HEAVEN INV HOLDING CORP in there an you will see for yourself .

The fact is Hihc is out of money and can not pay there investers and if you wait to file a default you might loose your money even though they say no one has ever lost money with them but this might now not be the case any longer .

If any one in the News wishes more info let me know i have all emails from them and i will provide you with all the info i have. I just hope the people that are still buying investments with this company do not end up like me as they are still taking money in but not paying it out and the Minimum investment is $50,000.00 in the deed of trust and Minimum equity purchase: $200,000 in the TIC program .

If you can not afford to loose it then stay away or you will be going though what im going though and it is costing me a lot more than the money that i invested with them.
