Judy Gehouskey, sole proprietor of Heaven Scent Home Helpers LLC, cleans homes in Camden and Gloucester Counties in Southern, NJ.
This person worked at my home and business for four years, and each month I paid her in advance for either four or five weeks.
Judy is always short on money and will not hesitate to tell her entire life story of hardship to you. This Spring her automobile was repossessed and she immediately contacted me, in tears, asking me to pay her for two months salary in advance to help her in her emergency. Her words: "I have no one else to turn to."
Judy talks a great story and always claims to be "mature and honest." Most of her ads lead off with these two words. Well, as soon as she had her $ 750 dollars she suddenly became a stranger. I was able to get her back for only one cleaning, meaning she still owes me six.
She has refused to answer my emails and calls for nearly two months. She recently left the state, moving to Trevose, PA.
She loses her lease and her telephone contract every six months or so, and is always shifting around like this. Beware that you don't pay her for anything in advance.

Maureen is the wife, and I had surgery one day and called her to tell her I couldnt make it to work. She then told me I had to. I never went because I had to be driven home from the surgery and the person driving me refused to let me go to work. When I got home, I emailed her giving them my 6 week notice. Since they do pay in advance, I had already been paid by Mark, so was willing to work the 6 weeks off that had indeed paid me for.
Obviously she didnt communicate with her husband well enough to know I had already been paid. She responded to my email by dismissing me. She REFUSED to let me come back and finish the 6 weeks of cleaning. I have correspondence to prove what I am saying and will post to anyone asking.
Maureen was obviously unhappy because she had to clean her own house that day and just in a huff dismissed me and wouldnt allow me to come back into her home. Mark then scheduled me to clean his studio in cherry hill ( suite spot studios llc ) . When I got done he refused to pay me for my time in the studio and told me he would take it out of the money he had already paid me.Our contract was to clean the house, I did not refuse to clean, infact, wanted to finish out my term. I have emails, texts, calls etc to back up what I am saying. I have been in business over 5 years with NO complaints until Mark and Maureen.
If I really stole something, I think they should call the police. Obviusly they realize they were in the wrong and felt that posting something nasty on this site would make them feel better. God bless them for trying to destroy me, but I dont have the ultimate authority there.
