HEB, COO Craig Boyan, Jeanette Ripp SELF CENTERED JERKS, THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT VISITORS. CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT San Antonio Texas

HEB in Spring Branch owns the property on Highway 46 that also rents to TMobile and several other merchants. I knew from my first visit there that they were run by jerks as they have two places where they have metal rods implanted in the parking lot (that are like cattle guards) that are used like speed bumps at both of their entrances, but give your vehicle 10 times the beating of a speed bump and are likely to hurt your cars suspension and front end alignment. As a result I rarely visited the idiots there ar HEB, but frequently visited TMobile and other merchants that they rent to.

Approximately 3 weeks ago the roof of my RV was damaged by a low lying tree branch in the HEB parking lot as I drove down one of the isles in the lot. The collision was very loud but I couldn't see the damage from where I was standing when I turned around to look at my vehicle after exiting it.

I went into HEB to complain and I spoke to an assistant manager (a woman, I didn't get her name). Not understanding the issue she told me "There are other places you can park."

I have a rack on top of my RV. When I got home I saw that it was completely destroyed on one side. A few days later I called the general mgr. Greg Greenstone. I complained and told hime that the trees needed to be trimmed and that HEB should pay for my repairs. Greg directed me to Jeanette Rip in Risk Reduction 210 938 4924. Jeanett waited for 3 weeks before calling me back (after I filed a complaint with the BBB) she was insulting and basically called me a liar although she was the one doing the lying. It didn't come as a big surprise.

From start to finish these people were unprofessional and dishonest. If you have had a similar experience or complaints please join me in a class action law suit agianst these jerks.
