hello ,, i got a phone call from a guy  has an (indea) voice he told me that i got approved by the us,government grant department at washington Dc for 7000$ ,, he asked me about my depit card information or my cheking account number or my saving account number to send the money then they will send the money as bank to bank transfer ,,, when iam start asking about how can i know that they are us , governement he didnot answer and he change the question how do you like tp recieve your money i said by CHEck ,, he told me that we donot send checks coz it may not go to the right person ,then i asked him how did you know iam the right person he told me my name and my phone number and my address too ,, then i asked him about my SNN# he said we donot have it coz w donot need it ,, i told him can i get your phone number he said sorry i cannot ,, then i was insisting to have ay phone numer ,, he gave me one and he told me this is my maneger you can call him naw ,, when i called i found another person has the same accent ,, when i asked him that i need to have your information first like yourDepartment phone numer & your contact phone # or your extension number ,, he doesnot like to give me any thing and he was insisting if i didnot give him my information naw i will lose the grant ,,, when i asked about his name in the begening he said john dallson ,, when i asked him again about his name he said jackson ,,, when i asked him is that phone calls are monitored he said yes ,, then when i told him that you lying to me coz you told me different name in the same moment ,, he start to shout and screem on my face i didnot recognize what he says but he hang up the phone ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,today i got another phone call from lady her name is Bercy ,, she tried to do the same thing , when i told her i donot have even chicking account or saving or cridet ,,can i give you my brother depit card numer she said its ok .... 
 they are trying to steeling any thing ,,, the government will never give any body any money without full identification of that person ,,,, not over the phone ,,,,
