Hebe Int’l Skin Care Zhao Chao investment fraud of 50000 USD Seoul

China Henan Hebe Int’l Zhao Chao wants to invest a skin franchisee business in Seoul and open to the Chinese public to use the image of korean beauty to scam Chinese investment. I am a victim of his scam. He told me this business makes money, all we have to do is rent some place in Seoul and hire some korean skin care teacher.

Then shows to the Chinese that we are really korean skin care salon and business, after attract more and more franchise, we can closed the Korean office and direct run into China to scam. So he is asking me to invest 100000 USD to start this with him. I did and the after 3 months only, he transferred 50000 usd to other business account without letting me know.

I try to call the police and he claimed that I gave him permission to transfer the money. Now I am in a lawsuit with him. And the police and Korean court is investing this case. And he always go back to China to try to run away from the investigation. He is a scam artist. He always does illegal Botox injection in Hebe Int’l skin care.
