Jeremy Hedges of Hedges Corvettes picked up the hardtop for my 56 Corvette three years ago to do restoration work. Money was taken in advance as a down payment. I was told that he would have it back to me in approximately two to three months. It has now been three years and I still do not have my top back. Back in April, I spoke with Jeremy and explained to him I really needed my top back. Again, I was promised to get it back in just a couple of week. More lies is all you can expect from this person. If you can even get in touch with the person, all you will get is lip service.
This person claims to be a professional. If anyone has a corvette and needs to have anykind of work, be it mechanical or restoration, my recommendation is do not use this person or his company.
He will definitely take your money, but it will be the 12th of never when you get your car or related parts back.

Yes I said we could restore top in 2-3 months, but he never provided parts to restore the top. Agreement was for us to paint and restore top with his parts he provided. We don't provide parts here at the shop. Top was dissassembled, stripped, primed and painted and thats how it sat for years. He eventually came and got top as it sat. He wanted me to buy parts upfront and I said no, that was not agreement. I only got the deposit payment from him, which was half of the amount.
55 Corvette frame off restorations and only 2 complaints, both from people who were pinching pennies trying to do restoration. Some people you just can't please.

I painted his top, he never supplied the parts to put it back together. He can say what he wants, deal was that he was going to supply the parts to restore the top and I was going to do the labor. Paint top and install glass, weatherstrip, trim etc. Yes I said we could restore topin a couple of months, with the parts. He eventually picked up top painted but not put back together. Not sure where he was confussed, but we do not supply parts here for restoration.

That top is a valuable piece, do you know if he still has it?
You need to go to his shop immediately and reclaim it...it's obvious he's not a man of his word.
