Heel Quik (Footwear Clinic) spray painted shoes istead of dying them & will not refund me my money Ripoff! Atlanta Georgia

Heel Quik promised to have my shoes dyed and ready to go for a wedding. I asked for them to be ready 4 weeks in advance in case something went wrong. Well lets just say that something went horribly wrong.

The first time I was able to pick up the shoes was 3 weeks after my request date. The shoes at this time were dyed PINK not BEIGE like the same I had given them. So I asked for them to fix the color. 3 days later and 3 days before the wedding, they said that my shoes were ready.

When I got there I opened the box and all I could smell was spray paint. I looked at the shoes, held the shoes, and of course I could not help but to smell the shoes. They looked horrible, they still did not match, and the PINK color was coming through whatever it was that he had put on the shoes, and they were sticky.

At this point I was so angry I took the shoes is disgust after requesting a refund that I did not receive. So I called the owner Toby. I asked him if he has spray painted my shoes? His reply was "YES!" He ruined my shoes, there was nothing I could do now that they had SPRAY PAINT on them.

I mean if I wanted to spray paint my shoes I would have gone and bought a 5 dollar bottle and done it myself instead of paying him 50 dollars to spray paint my shoes. I could not believe what I was hearing. I told him that he needed to give me a refund.

That is when he started going off about women and their shoes, and how they are not important, and some other off the wall comments. At this point my blood was boiling, I told him to shut his mouth and listen, at that moment he said something rude, but I could not make out all of what he said, and then he hung up on me.
