Heel-Tastic Telebrands Corp Club Division This company sent me unsolicited merchandise and charged it to my credit card after they were told not to send it. Van Nuys , California

On November 11, 2009, I responded to a Heel Tastic TV commercial by calling their telephone number to place a order for one container of Heel Tastic that was suppose to cost only $10.00.The TV ad promised that I would get a free container if I called within a 20 minute time line.

When I called the number, a machine picked up and took my order. After taking my order the machine proceeded to offer me a long list of other items which I declined except ordering a Ped Egg for an additional $7.99.

The machine did not give me a total of my order but instructed me to go to http://www.getorderstatus.com.when%20i/ went to this web site, there was no information pertaining to the company Heel Tastic.

The following week a representative from Telebrands Corp contacted my home by phone to advise that they were going to send a pair of pierced earrings and a necklace with my Heel Tastic order. They were told that I did not have pierced ears and that I Didn`t` want the necklace. The representative that they were going to send them anyway,and if I did`t like the necklace I could send it back.

On November 23,2009, I received my Heel Tastic order in the mail. Included was an earring and necklace set that looked like something that came from The Dollar Tree. Also included was my invoice which showed that an order of $17.99 had actually cost me $33.96,once thay added all the processing and handling charges. Also charged on my credit card was $39.99 for the Junk jewelry that I did not order.

I had to pay $5.20 to return the earring and necklace set.A total cost of $79.15 was paid because I responded to a t.v. ad for Heel Tastic.
