I agreed to build and Host their website. Mr. Estevez is so completely unorganized, It took him 2 months to finally pay the first half of the money owed. Then I agreed to Design Their Myspace page.
I completed it in 3 days, and Daves partner Macka promised to send a check in the mail.The check never showed up, and I could not contact them for over 4 months.
Then I received an text message from Mr. Estevez telling me to meet him to recieve the money he owed me.
When I met him he went on and on about his Integrity and how he pays for work that has been done. How he spends $1000's of dollars daily and that the money he owes me for my creative works is small potatoes. Yada Yada.
He asked me to provide him with an Invioce so that he would have a reciept for this transaction, and also asked for me to handover the master files that I had created.
I created him an invioce that he could pay Online with his Credit Card and a means to print the invioce for his records along with a link to download the files.
The files were downloaded the following day at 11:36pm
and he never paid the Invioce.I have tried to contact him 4 seperate times via e-mail and via telephone.
No responces. If you ever consider doing business with DAVE ESTEVEZ or HEELZ ON WHEELZ beware. They will Steal Your Works from you.
