HEFEI ANAT INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO. (INJECTOR CO., LTD) KPI injectors, Smartfire Faulty Injectors and refusal to Refund! Hefei Shitai Road

Our first order of Injectors ($3296) seemed acceptable when tested on our machine.  However, when tuning them onto cars, they were faulty and the risk of damaging the vehicle were too high.  They promised to collect the injectors for their own testing.  We have communicated backwards and forwards but they keep avoiding collecting them.  We asked them to NOT send the second order ($5260) as their injectors did not work on our cars.  We wanted a refund on these.  They sent the parcel anyway and we tried to get them to get it back before it left China but they refused.  We sent it back as we said we would.  They now REFUSE to refund us or to collect the faulty injectors from the first order as promised.

We are out of pocket of around $8500 and they keep giving us the run around and REFUSE to give us a refund.  We have sent them a formal report, paperwork, videos etc but they keep being very rude and swearing at us and make every excuse they can to avoid paying us.

We have collected all communication between us and it clearly proves that they continuously lie and are in the wrong. They dont respond to this but keep getting personal and do not handle the matter in a decent business-like manner.

The sales manager, Liang is a disgrace to deal with.  We tried to sort this out amicably (all our documentation proves this) but it is impossible to get our monies refunded to us.

They only option left is to report them to as many online fraud-lists as possible.
