I found a job listing on Careerbuilder.com and posted my resume.  The job offering was for a OSHA Safety Inspector in Denver, Colorado.  This was in the third week of January 2013 and I recieved a notice from Heidrick Partners (emplyoment agency) that I had been selected to proceed with application process.

Jonathan Matthews sent me an email stating the overwhelming response of the postion has taken him some time to contact me.  He sent me this email with an attachment for the application.  It took me an hour and a half to fill this out.  On 2/9/2013 I sent the application and he sent a response on 2/10/2013 saying I have made it through the next process.

Jonathan then sent another email with a attachment to take an assessment test.  Before I started the test there was a site he suggested I could download a PDF file to help study for the test.  The download cost was $19.99.  I did not purchase this PDF file.  He said would only take approximately 60 minutes to take the test.  Right!  It was all Psychology and Training seminar theory questions.  It took me over 3 hours to test.

I sent the finished test, it was through a site called chm2solutions.com.  This had nothing to do with safety nor did it have one single question regarding safety.  I sent the results on 2/13/2013 and the next day he emailed me and asked if I did the test.  He should have known.  He then sent me a reference request form on 2/18/2013 for 2 references.  I emailed him several times.  He has not responded. I was on the eternal hold on the phone.

Good thing I did not buy anything!  This is only to inform others that you should not waste your time with this so called agency.
