Heights Finance Company Preditory lending, liers, tried to steal my vehicles ripoff Evansville Indiana

First of all they made me put up 2 vehicles up for collateral a 1998 dodge truck and also a 2005 ford 500 both valued at about 35000.00 for a 4000.00 loan am a cancer patient been sick for some 18 months I did have disability insurance on the loan but was to ill at the time to remember having it Vickie the manager did not even let me know or help in any way to file the insurance papers.

On April 12,2007 I received a letter from Vickie saying if I did not bring my account current by April 20,2007 it would be forwarded to their attorney for collection. I called Vickie the minute I received the letter told her i was waiting to receive a check from my insurance co and would have the account current well before the 20th,she insured me all was well and as long as I had the account current on or before the 20th all would be OK.

On April 13,2007 2 repo guys showed up at my house and wanted the vehicles. I live in a gated community the men lied said they were home repair service sent out on a job to do repairs at my home that is how they got in to my home.Well to make a very long story short they did not get the cars nor will they ever. Santa Claus Police Dept. will be filing charges against the 2 men for giving false information to enter a gated community which is also trespassing.

Please stay away from these people they are NO GOOD
